Rachele began her fitness career in 2016 when she joined the launching Cycle team at Another_Space, London. As a professional dancer, fitness has always been part of her lifestyle and training, which she believes has helped her naturally transition into the fitness industry.
Rachele is a freelance personal trainer, an experienced barre instructor, and she continues to teach group Cycle sessions.
What ever your goal, Rachele is determined to get you there. You will work together to understand your goal and time scale, which will then be broken down into a schedule which works for you.
If you prefer to workout with your friends or partners, we can create a program suitable for this, ensuring everyone is working towards their goals with complete group support.
These sessions will not only get your staff away from the desk and moving their bodies, but it will also mentally recharge them by reducing stress and anxiety, which will improve their overall work performance.
